Paula Jean Clay, 45, died Sunday, July 20, 1997, at Norman Regional Hospital.
Graveside Services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Thursday, at the IOOF Cemetery, with the Rev. Marvin Hudson officiating. Arrangements are under the direction
of Mayes Funeral Directors.
She was born Sept. 21, 1951, in Norman, to Donald and Wanda Pace Moore. She lived in norman until 1966, when
she moved with her family to Little Rock, Ark. She graduated from metropolitian High School in Little Rock in
1969. She attended Northwestern Junior College in Senatobia, Miss., and Rose State Junior College for two years.
She owned Fancy Fekube Cattery, and raised registered Persian cats. She married Henry Clay on Oct. 8, 1993, in Norman.
Mrs. Clay was preceded in death by her father, Donald Moore, and her grandparents, J.E. and Wanda Adams, and Archie and Martha Moore.
She is survived by her husband, Henry, of the home, her mother, Wanda Moore, of Norman; two brothers, Gary L. Moore and Jerry W. Moore, both of Norman;
a step-brother, Jeff G. Cox of Collierville, Tenn.; a stepsister, Kim Cox of Fort Hood, Texas; and sic nieces and five nephews.
