While at OU, Jerry was president of the RUF/NEKS in year when OU beat Texas, allowing Jerry to perform the celebratory haircut. In his early years, Jerry worked in Marshall, Texas as a radio personality known as “Jerry America”. He then moved to California to work with his brother Bruce, a co-founder of the Professional Coin Grading Service. He then returned to Norman where he worked as a radio engineer until retiring with a medical disability. Jerry is survived by his sisters, Judy Feaver (Doug) of Alexandria, VA, and Jill Kinslow (Charles) of Dunkirk, MD; nephew, Christopher Feaver; and nieces, Bailey Varness and Jessica Condi. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother; and nephew, Steven Feaver. A private memorial service is planned.
